The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent driving, and discloses a trunk line logistics hybrid heavy truck energy-saving control method considering intelligent driving-human driving mode switching. The method comprises the steps of mode switching opportunity optimization based on driving risks and limit energy consumption, intelligent driving predictive vehicle speed planning considering driving scene changes, and intelligent driving-human driving switching hybrid power system energy management hierarchical optimization control. According to the method provided by the invention, the mode switching decision time interval is obtained based on the risk assessment model, the optimization model is established to optimize the switching opportunity, the vehicle speed planning model with the energy consumption cost as the target is established based on the mode switching decision time interval, and the long-period-short-time domain vehicle speed planning rolling optimization strategy is designed by considering the scene interaction strength. According to the method, driving risks, driving scene changes and energy consumption are comprehensively considered, and the problems that a man-machine co-driving intelligent heavy truck is high in driving energy consumption, low in safety, unreasonable in intelligent driving mode vehicle speed planning and the like under urban complex scenes can be solved.
