The invention provides a driving mode switching control system and method for a heavy truck power system, and relates to the technical field of vehicle power systems. The driving mode switching control system of the heavy truck power system comprises a judging unit used for judging whether a tractor of a vehicle is connected with a trailer; a calculation unit which is used for calculating the engine interval where the current required torque of the whole vehicle is located according to the accelerator opening degree and the gear; and a control unit which is used for controlling the power system to be switched to enter different driving modes according to the engine interval where the required torque of the engine is located in combination with the discharging condition of the power batteryof the vehicle. The power system of the tractor and the power system of the trailer can be separated, when the heavy truck unloads goods and returns, the whole truck is not connected with the trailerfrequently, a hybrid power module on the tractor can be independently switched among a pure electric mode, a hybrid power mode and an engine direct drive mode at the moment, the performance can be brought into full play, and the economical efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种重卡动力系统驱动模式切换控制系统及控制方法,涉及车辆动力系统技术领域。本发明的重卡动力系统驱动模式切换控制系统,包括:判断单元,用于判断车辆的牵引车是否连接有挂车;计算单元,用于根据油门开度和档位计算出当前整车需求扭矩处于的发动机区间;和控制单元,用于根据发动机的需求扭矩所在的发动机区间,结合车辆的动力电池的放电情况,控制动力系统切换进入不同的驱动模式。本发明的牵引车和挂车的动力系统可以分离,在重卡卸载货物回程时,整车经常不连接挂车,此时牵引车上的混合动力模块能够独立在纯电动、混动模式和发动机直驱模式下切换,性能可以充分发挥,经济性得以提升。
