The invention discloses a heavy truck hybrid driving method, a heavy truck hybrid system is formed by arranging a motor MT, an engine EN, a motor IGS, a multi-gear gearbox and a storage battery connecting the motor IGS and the motor MT, and the motor IGS can be connected with the engine EN and at least has the capacity of starting the engine EN and generating power under the driving of the engine EN; the motor IGS and the engine EN both have the capability of independently maintaining normal running of the heavy truck; the second output shaft of the engine EN can be directly connected with the first input shaft of the multi-gear gearbox through the synchronizer DC2, so that torque output by the engine EN can be transmitted to the first intermediate shaft through one speed change gear pair in the multiple speed change gear pairs arranged in the multi-gear gearbox, and the first intermediate shaft is transmitted to the third output shaft of the multi-gear gearbox through the gear pair S8. The invention has the advantages that the arrangement of a planetary reducer is omitted, so that a multi-stage gear shaft in the planetary reducer does not need to be driven in the EN torque transmission process of the engine, and the energy efficiency loss can be obviously reduced.

    本发明公开了一种重卡混合驱动方法,通过设置电机MT、发动机EN、电机IGS、多档变速箱以及连接电机IGS和电机MT的蓄电池构成重卡混动系统,电机IGS能够连接发动机EN并至少具备启动发动机EN和在发动机EN带动下发电的能力;设置电机IGS和发动机EN均具备独立维持重卡正常行驶的能力;设置发动机EN的输出轴二通过同步器DC2能够直接连接多档变速箱的输入轴一,使发动机EN输出的扭矩能够通过设在多档变速箱内的多级变速齿轮副中的一个变速齿轮副传递给中间轴一,由中间轴一通过齿轮副S8传递给多档变速箱的输出轴三。其优点在于:免去了行星减速器的设置,使发动机EN扭矩传递过程不必驱动行星减速器中多级齿轴,能够显著降低能效折损。
