Obtaining a first yaw velocity, and predicting a target yaw velocity corresponding to the yaw velocity and the steering instruction; wherein the first yaw velocity is the actual yaw velocity, detected in the previous collection period, of the vehicle; the predicted yaw velocity is the predicted yaw velocity of the previous collection period; based on the first yaw velocity and the predicted yaw velocity, a compensation signal of a feedback compensator in the rear wheel steering control system is obtained; and controlling rear wheels of the vehicle to steer through a rear wheel steering control system based on the compensation signal and the target yaw velocity. According to the method, rear wheel steering can be compensated, and the response speed of the rear wheels during vehicle steering is increased.
