The hoisting tool comprises an upper section frame, a middle section frame and a lower section frame, a plurality of circular avoiding holes and a plurality of guide holes are formed in the upper section frame, the middle section frame and the lower section frame; the hoisting structure is installed on the upper surface of the upper section frame, and the hoisting structure is used for being connected with a hoisting tool and a crane; the connecting structure is mounted among the upper section frame, the middle section frame and the lower section frame, and the connecting structure is used for connecting the upper section frame, the middle section frame and the lower section frame; the satellite connecting structure is installed on the upper section frame and the lower section frame, the satellite connecting structure penetrates through the circular receding hole of the middle section frame, and the satellite connecting structure is used for being connected with a satellite. According to the invention, a hoisting installation operation area is transferred from a satellite structure hoisting interface area with a narrow space to a hoisting tool lifting lug interface area with a wide space, so that the difficulty in design and operation of a satellite hoisting point with a bearing cylinder type structure is reduced.
