The invention provides a lower end frame structure suitable for a satellite bearing cylinder, and relates to the technical field of spacecraft structures. The lower end frame structure comprises a lower end frame and bearing cylinder body connecting section, a lower end frame and carrier connecting section and a connecting piece, wherein the carrier connecting section of the lower end frame is connected with the bearing cylinder body connecting section of the lower end frame through the connecting piece; the lower end frame and carrier connecting section is made of an aluminum alloy material;and the lower end frame and the bearing cylinder body connecting section is made of a carbon fiber material. According to the invention, a split type structure of the lower end frame of the satellitebearing cylinder is designed in allusion to a force bearing cylinder lower end frame with a satellite-rocket interface, the problem that an original lower end frame structure of the satellite bearingcylinder is large in weight is solved, the structural weight is reduced to the maximum extent under the premise of guaranteeing that the lower end frame can bear large concentrated loads, the requirement for light weight of a satellite structure is met, the machining and forming process is mature, the installation is convenient, and the structure is simple.

    本发明提供了一种适用于卫星承力筒的下端框结构,涉及航天器结构技术领域,包括下端框与承力筒筒体连接段、下端框与运载连接段以及连接件,下端框的运载连接段与下端框的承力筒筒体连接段通过连接件连接,其中,下端框与运载连接段采用铝合金材料,下端框与承力筒筒体连接段采用碳纤维材料,本发明针对含星箭接口的承力筒下端框,设计了一种卫星承力筒的下端框的分体式结构,改善了原卫星承力筒的下端框结构重量大的问题,在保证下端框能承受较大集中载荷的前提下,最大程度降低结构重量,达到了卫星结构轻量化的要求,加工成型工艺成熟,安装方便,结构简单。
