The construction platform can be stably connected to the offshore wind power equipment through the connection effect of the suction cups and the magnetic suction plates, the larger offshore wind waves are, the stronger the connection effect of the suction cups is through the arrangement of the flow sensing impellers, the connecting pieces and the air exhaust cavities, and therefore the connection effect of the suction cups is guaranteed, and when the construction platform is connected to the offshore wind power equipment, the construction platform can be stably connected to the offshore wind power equipment. And the construction platform can be relatively static, a construction worker can conveniently climb on the offshore wind power equipment for overhauling, and the use safety of the construction platform is improved.
