When garbage collides with the side wall of a first protection plate and the first protection plate rotates in the direction of a long block, the long plate is driven to move in the direction away from the long block, then a circular plate is driven to move, the circular plate drives a first damping spring to stretch, and the first damping spring pulls the long plate back to the initial position under the elastic effect and buffers impact; and in addition, the garbage is bounced off, so that the base is protected.
