The invention provides an offshore wind power construction platform, and relates to the technical field of offshore wind power construction. The offshore wind power construction platform comprises a buoy base and a platform device, and the platform device is detachably installed on the top face of the buoy base and can be folded. The offshore wind power construction platform is low in machining cost and use cost, a plurality of construction platforms can be put on the sea at the same time so as to conduct construction operation on a plurality of wind turbine generators at the same time, therefore, the construction progress of offshore wind power is improved on the basis that the low cost is guaranteed, transport ships are only used for transport, delivery and recovery of the offshore platforms, the operation can be completed by using a small number of transport ships without long-time berthing at a station, so that the requirements for the number of the transport ships and the berthingduration of the transport ships on the sea are reduced, and the installation and maintenance cost of the wind turbine generator is correspondingly and greatly reduced.

    本发明提供一种海上风电施工平台,涉及海上风电施工技术领域。该海上风电施工平台包括浮标基座和平台装置,平台装置可拆卸式安装于浮标基座的顶面,且平台装置可折叠。该海上风电施工平台的加工成本及使用成本较低,可以在海上同时投放多个施工平台,以同时对多个风电机组进行施工操作,从而在保证较低成本的基础上,提高海上风电的施工进度,运输船仅用于海上平台的运输、投放及回收,无需在工位长时间停靠,使用数量较少的运输船即可完成上述操作,从而减少对运输船数量以及运输船在海上停靠时长的要求,相应大大降低风电机组的安装及维护成本。
