An undercarriage down lock deflection adjusting mechanism comprises an upper lock rod, a lower lock rod, a check block, an adjusting check block and a fixing base. The upper lock rod and the fixed seat are respectively mounted on the undercarriage, the upper lock rod is rotationally connected with the lower lock rod through a pin shaft, and a certain angle is reserved between the upper lock rod and the lower lock rod to form deflection; the stop block is fixed with the lower lock rod through a fastener, so that the stop block can rotate along with the lower lock rod; the impact surface of the check block and the impact surface of the adjusting check block are attached to each other and abut against each other, so that the lower lock rod cannot rotate when subjected to external force, and the deflection is kept unchanged; the adjusting check block and the fixing base are fixed through a fastener, and the contact faces of the adjusting check block and the fixing base are both of a tooth-shaped structure and are meshed with each other. The deflection value is adjusted by adjusting the position of the check block in the lower lock, so that the deflection value reaches a design value, and when large abrasion occurs, the lower lock can be maintained only by replacing the small check block in the structure without replacing large structural parts such as a lock rod.

    一种起落架下位锁挠度调节机构,包括上锁杆、下锁杆、挡块、调节挡块和固定座;上锁杆和固定座分别安装在起落架上,上锁杆通过销轴与下锁杆形成转动连接,上锁杆和下锁杆之间留有一定角度形成挠度;挡块通过紧固件与下锁杆固定,使得挡块能够随下锁杆转动;挡块的撞击面与调节挡块的撞击面相互贴合顶住,使得下锁杆在受到外力时不会转动,从而保持挠度不变;调节挡块与固定座通过紧固件进行固定,调节挡块与固定座的接触面均为齿形结构,且相互啮合。本发明通过调节下位锁中挡块的位置来调整挠度值,使其达到设计值,并且在出现较大磨损时,不用更换锁杆等较大的结构件,只需更换其结构中的小挡块就可以完成其维修。
