The invention belongs to the field of aircraft fuselage structure design, and particularly relates to a side undercarriage down lock force transmission assembly which is arranged in a left-right symmetrical structure mode, is used for connecting an undercarriage and a fuselage and comprises a down lock beam, a cross beam, a right front connector, a left front connector, a right rear connector, a left rear connector and a connecting assembly. The number of the lower lock beams is two, the lower lock beams are arranged on the axis of a long truss of the fuselage and the outer surfaces of skins on the left side and the right side of the fuselage respectively, and two single-lug connector lug holes are further formed in each lower lock beam and used for being connected with an undercarriage on the same side as the lower lock beams; the two cross beams are arranged at common frames in front of and behind the undercarriage along the course of the aircraft; the cross beam, the connector and the connecting assembly are located in the machine body. The left end and the right end of the cross beam are connected with the connectors through the connecting assemblies and then connected with the lower lock beam. The lower lock beams on the left and right sides and the front and rear cross beams form a closed enclosure frame structure; the invention effectively solves the problems that the landing gear strut is in a large cantilever state due to the special appearance of the upper single-wing seaplane, the load of the landing gear is increased, and the structural design is difficult. Reinforcing structures are arranged in the front and rear frame planes to form positive and negative fulcrums to bear undercarriage ground loads, the structural efficiency is high, the force transmission route is clear, meanwhile, the assembly structure adopts a conventional structural design, the assembly manufacturability is good, and structural weight reduction can be achieved to a certain extent.

    本发明属于飞机机身结构设计领域,具体涉及一种侧置式起落架下位锁传力组件,采用左右对称结构布置形式,用于连接起落架与机身,包含下位锁梁、横梁、右前接头、左前接头、右后接头、左后接头、连接组件;所述下位锁梁数量为2个,分别布置在机身长桁轴线处,机身左右两侧蒙皮外表面,下位锁梁上还设置有两个单耳接头耳孔,用于连接与下位锁梁同侧的起落架;所述横梁包含2个,沿飞机航向布置于起落架前后的普通框处;所述横梁、接头、连接组件位于机身内部;所述横梁左右两端分别通过连接组件与接头连接后,再与下位锁梁连接;左右两侧的下位锁梁与前后横梁构成封闭围框结构;本发明有效解决了上单翼水上飞机因外形特殊致使起落架支柱为大悬臂状态,起落架载荷增大而出现结构设计困难的问题。通过在前后框平面内设置加强结构形成正反支点承受起落架地面载荷,结构效率高,传力路线清晰,同时组件结构采用常规结构设计,装配工艺性好,可在一定程度上实现结构减重。
