The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft landing gears, and particularly relates to a large landing gear self-folding type supporting rod lock mechanism which comprises an upper supporting rod, a lower supporting rod and a lock mechanism used for locking the lower supporting rod and the upper supporting rod. The lock mechanism comprises an unlocking actuating cylinder, an upper rocker arm, a connecting rod, an upper lock supporting rod, a lower lock supporting rod, a lower rocker arm and a spring. The upper lock supporting rod and the upper supporting rod are hinged to a first hinge point, the upper lock supporting rod penetrates through a movable space formed by the double-lug structure of the upper supporting rod and is hinged to the lower lock supporting rod to a second hinge point, and then the lower lock supporting rod and the lower supporting rod are hinged to a third hinge point. When the lower supporting rod and the upper supporting rod are in the unfolded state, the upper locking supporting rod makes contact with a stop table of the upper supporting rod, and the second hinge point is located on the side, close to the stop table, of the connecting line of the first hinge point and the third hinge point. The spring provides pre-tightening force for the second hinge point to get close to the stop table. The unlocking actuating cylinder drives the second hinge point of the upper locking supporting rod to move in the direction away from the stop table through the upper rocker arm, the connecting rod and the lower rocker arm.
