The invention relates to the technical field of monorail cranes, and discloses a coal mine underground hydraulic walking device which comprises an arc-shaped I-shaped hanger rail, an outer ring toothed rail, an inner ring toothed rail, a crane and a walking gear, the crane is arranged on the arc-shaped I-shaped hanger rail in a sliding and suspending mode, hydraulic motors are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the crane, and a transfer case is arranged at the tops of the hydraulic motors in a power connection mode. The top of the transfer case is in power connection with a walking speed reducer, and the top of the walking speed reducer is in power connection with a walking gear. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the hydraulic oil flow of the hydraulic motor is automatically distributed for differential through the residual mechanical energy difference of the hydraulic oil after the hydraulic motor drives the walking gear, other control valve sets are not needed, operation of an external control device is not needed, and the hydraulic oil flow is automatically distributed to achieve differential; the hydraulic differential mechanism not only provides differential during turning, but also can improve the energy utilization efficiency of hydraulic oil to a certain extent during linear driving, and power output of a hydraulic motor is increased.

    本发明涉及单轨吊技术领域,本发明公开了一种煤矿井下用液压行走装置,它包括弧形工字吊轨、外圈齿轨、内圈齿轨、吊车和行走齿轮,吊车滑动悬吊设置于弧形工字吊轨,吊车两侧对称设置液压马达,液压马达顶部动力连接设置分动箱,分动箱顶部动力连接设置行走减速机,行走减速机顶部动力连接行走齿轮。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明通过液压马达驱动行走齿轮后液压油残余机械能量差来自动分配液压马达液压油流量进行差速,无需其他控制阀组,也无需外部控制装置操作,自动进行液压油流量分配实现差速,液压差速机构除了在转弯时提供差速外,在直线行驶时也能一定程度提高液压油能量利用效率,增加液压马达动力输出。
