The invention provides an underground coal mine ultra-low clearance hydraulic lifting device which comprises eight bearing trolleys movably arranged on an underground coal mine monorail crane rail during use, four bearing beams hinged to the lower portions of the bearing trolleys, and two connecting frames arranged on the same layer as the four bearing beams and rotationally connected with the two bearing beams correspondingly. Each bogie penetrates through one connecting frame and is rotatably connected with the connecting frame, the connecting rods are rotatably connected with the two bearing beams located in the middle respectively, the two lifting suspension arms are used for lifting, the two hydraulic oil cylinder assemblies are movably arranged in the two lifting suspension arms respectively, and the four lifting chains are used for lifting. The upper ends of the four lifting chains are fixedly connected with the bogie, and the lower ends of the four lifting chains are fixed to the corresponding hydraulic oil cylinder assemblies. Compared with the prior art, the clearance occupied by the device can be further reduced, the device can pass through a curve when running on a monorail crane track under a coal mine, and the device is more suitable for hoisting large equipment in a roadway under the coal mine.

    本发明提供一种煤矿井下超低净空液压起吊装置,包括使用时可活动地设于煤矿井下单轨吊轨道上的8只承载小车,铰接于承载小车下方的4根承载梁,与4根承载梁同层设置且各与2根承载梁可转动连接的2个连接架,各穿过1个连接架并与连接架可转动连接的转向架,分别与位于中间的2根承载梁可转动连接的连接杆,用于起重的2个起重吊臂,在2个起重吊臂内各可活动地设置2套的液压油缸组件,用于起吊的4根起吊链条,4根起吊链条的上端分别与转向架固定连接,4根起吊链条的下端固定在相应的液压油缸组件上。本发明相对于现有技术,能进一步减小装置所占净空,利于在煤矿井下单轨吊轨道上运行时过弯道,更适于煤矿井下巷道内大型设备的吊运。
