A pneumatic lifting balancing device for an underground coal mine comprises a sliding rail and a tackle hung on the sliding rail in a sliding mode, and further comprises a pneumatic lifting mechanism connected with the tackle. The pneumatic lifting mechanism comprises a cylinder body, the cylinder body is a cylinder with a hollow inner cavity, a transmission supporting shaft is coaxially and fixedly arranged in the inner cavity of the cylinder body, a pneumatic lifting air inlet and a pneumatic lifting air outlet are formed in one end of the cylinder body, a piston is coaxially and slidably arranged at the end, close to the transmission supporting shaft, of the transmission supporting shaft, and a spring is coaxially arranged at the end, close to the other end, of the transmission supporting shaft. A sliding rotating assembly coaxially arranged on the transmission supporting shaft in a sleeving mode is further arranged between the spring and the piston, a lifting rope and a lifting rope channel formed in the side wall of the cylinder body are further included, and one end of the lifting rope penetrates into an inner cavity of the cylinder body from the lifting rope channel and is fixed to the sliding rotating assembly. The device can be used in a curved roadway, a shunting chamber and a drill field, is suitable for equipment transfer in a narrow and curved space in an underground coal mine, is convenient to use, reduces the construction difficulty and labor intensity of field operating personnel in the underground coal mine, and meets the underground fire-proof and explosion-proof requirements.

    一种煤矿井下用气动举升平衡装置,包括滑轨和滑动悬挂在滑轨上的滑车,还包括与滑车连设的气动举升机构;气动举升机构包括缸体,缸体为内腔中空的柱体且其内腔同轴固设传动支撑轴,缸体一端开设气动举升进气口和气动举升出气口,传动支撑轴靠近自身一端同轴滑设活塞,传动支撑轴靠近其另一端同轴套设弹簧,弹簧和活塞间还包括同轴套设在传动支撑轴上的滑动旋转组件,还包括吊绳和缸体侧壁开设的吊绳通道,吊绳一端自吊绳通道穿入缸体内腔并固定在滑动旋转组件上。装置可在弯曲巷道、调车硐室和钻场内使用,适应煤矿井下狭小、弯曲空间下设备转运,使用方便,降低了煤矿井下现场作业人员的施工难度和劳动强度,满足井下防火防爆要求。
