When the parking executing mechanism (MOC) is controlled to be invalid through the electronic parking braking system, the parking executing mechanism (MOC) can be controlled through the knob switch, namely, by means of the parking and releasing device, when the electronic parking braking system is invalid, parking and releasing can still be achieved on a slope with the gradient value not smaller than 30% under the full-load condition.
