The invention provides a braking system and method for a new energy mine card and a vehicle. An ECU is connected with a battery and a power distribution unit PDU through a bus. The battery is connected with the PDU; a first braking power reduction module is arranged between the battery and the PDU; the ECU is used for controlling the first braking power reduction module to start when determining that the current electric quantity is greater than the preset electric quantity and determining that the vehicle is in a first braking state based on the operation condition, so that the current distributed by the PDU flows through the first braking power reduction module; and the first braking power reduction module consumes electric energy corresponding to the current. When the ECU determines that the current electric quantity is larger than the preset electric quantity and determines that the vehicle is in the first braking state based on the operation working condition, the first braking power reduction module arranged in front of the battery is used for conducting energy conversion on the current so as to improve consumption of braking power, and therefore the vehicle can meet the braking power requirement, and the braking efficiency of the vehicle is improved. And the running safety of the mine truck is greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种新能源矿卡的制动系统、方法及车辆,ECU通过总线连接电池、和电源分配单元PDU;电池与PDU连接;在电池和PDU之间设置第一制动功率消减模块;ECU用于在确定所述当前电量大于预设电量,且基于运行工况确定车辆处于第一制动状态时,控制第一制动功率消减模块启动,使PDU分配的电流流经第一制动功率消减模块;所述第一制动功率消减模块将所述电流对应的电能进行消耗。本发明ECU在确定所述当前电量大于预设电量,且基于所述运行工况确定车辆处于第一制动状态时,利用设置在电池前的第一制动功率消减模块对电流进行能量转换,以提高制动功率的消耗,从而使得车辆满足制动功率需求,极大地提高了矿卡的行车安全性。
