The invention discloses a new energy pure electric mine truck container heating system and method based on regenerative braking energy. The new energy pure electric mine truck container heating system comprises a permanent magnet synchronous motor, a motor controller, a power distribution unit, a power battery assembly, a vehicle control unit and a container heating assembly. The permanent magnet synchronous motor is connected with the motor controller, the motor controller is connected with the power supply distribution unit, the power supply distribution unit is respectively connected with the power battery assembly and the container heating assembly, the whole vehicle controller is respectively connected with the power battery assembly, the power supply distribution unit and the container heating assembly, and the container heating assembly is installed on a container. The electric energy fed back by the permanent magnet synchronous motor during regenerative braking of the new energy pure electric mine truck is collected and utilized, and the electric energy fed back by the permanent magnet synchronous motor during regenerative braking is used for heating the container, so that the consumption of resources and energy is reduced, the energy utilization rate is remarkably improved, and the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction are effectively achieved.

    本发明公开一种基于再生制动能量的新能源纯电矿卡货箱加热系统及方法,包括永磁同步电机、电机控制器、电源分配单元、动力电池总成、整车控制器和货箱加热组件;所述永磁同步电机与电机控制器连接,电机控制器与电源分配单元连接,所述电源分配单元分别与动力电池总成和货箱加热组件,所述整车控制器分别与动力电池总成、电源分配单元和货箱加热组件连接,所述货箱加热组件安装在货箱上。本发明通过收集利用新能源纯电矿卡再生制动时永磁同步电机回馈的电能,将再生制动时永磁同步回馈的电能用于货箱的加热,减少了资源能源的消耗,显著地提高了能源利用率,有效地达到了节能减排的效果。
