The method comprises the following steps that S1, a vehicle control unit confirms whether an accelerator signal is received or not; s2, whether a brake signal is received or not is confirmed; s3, judging whether the battery capacity SOC value is smaller than a set value A or not; s4, a control signal is sent to a motor controller, the reverse dragging torque of the motor is controlled according to the signal amplitude of the brake pedal, and energy recovery is conducted; if the battery capacity SOC value is larger than or equal to the set value A and smaller than or equal to the set value B, control signals are sent to a motor controller and an eddy current retarder controller, braking torque is distributed to a motor and an eddy current retarder, and energy recovery is achieved; and if the battery capacity SOC value is larger than the set value B, a control signal is sent to the eddy current retarder controller, and the eddy current retarder reduces the battery SOC value by consuming power. When in use, the SOC value of the battery capacity is maintained in a healthy range, and the service life and the safety of the battery are improved.

    本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,具体的,涉及一种新能源矿卡制动控制方法。该方法包括以下步骤:S1、整车控制器确认是否接收到油门信号;S2、确认是否接收到刹车信号;S3、判断电池容量SOC值是否<设定值A;S4、向电机控制器发送控制信号,根据刹车踏板的信号幅度,控制电机的反拖力矩,进行能量回收;若电池容量SOC值≥设定值A、且≤设定值B,则向电机控制器、电涡流缓速器控制器发送控制信号,给电机和电涡流缓速器分配的制动力矩,实现能量回收;若电池容量SOC值>设定值B,则向电涡流缓速器控制器发送控制信号,电涡流缓速器通过消耗电,降低电池SOC值。使用时,将电池容量SOC值维持在健康的范围内,提高电池的寿命和安全性。
