The invention discloses a non-signal control road section pedestrian crossing early warning system based on video AI identification and a method thereof, and relates to the technical field of traffic management. The system comprises a monitoring subsystem, an early warning subsystem, a power supply subsystem, a control subsystem and a processing subsystem, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring image data under a non-signal control road section in real time by using a pedestrian crossing early warning system, and inputting an image into a processing subsystem for preprocessing; inputting the processed image data into a YOLO model for identification and positioning, and inputting the processed image data into a convolutional neural network for feature extraction; and then judgment is carried out through a random forest model, and pedestrians are identified and pre-warned, so that the pedestrian crossing pre-warning system for the road section without signal control is completed. The method can adapt to different weather and illumination conditions, ensures that pedestrians can still be accurately recognized under the condition of strong light, low light or shielding, effectively improves the pedestrian crossing safety, and has a good self-adaptive early warning mechanism.

    本发明公开了一种基于视频AI识别的无信号控制路段行人过街预警系统及其方法,涉及交通管理技术领域;本发明系统包括:监控子系统、预警子系统、供电子系统、控制子系统和处理子系统;本发明方法包括:利用行人过街预警系统实时采集无信号控制路段下的图像数据并将图像输入至处理子系统进行预处理;将处理好的图像数据输入YOLO模型中进行识别和定位并输入卷积神经网络进行特征提取;再通过随机森林模型进行判断,并对行人进行识别并预警,以完成无信号控制路段的行人过街预警系统。本发明能够适应不同的天气和光照条件,确保在强光、低光或遮挡情况下仍能准确识别行人,有效做到提升行人过街安全性,具有良好的自适应预警机制。
