The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle drive axles. The steering electric drive axle device for the coal mine anti-explosion intelligent chassis aims at solving the problems that an existing electric drive axle is heavy, consequently, power consumption is high, and the requirement for automatic driving control precision cannot be met. The device comprises an axle body, an electric control driving system, an electric control steering system, an electric control braking system and an axle domain controller, wherein two ends of the axle body are connected with wheel assemblies; the electric control driving system comprises an explosion-proof high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, a traction motor controller and a high-speed central difference speed reducer; the electric control steering system comprises a driving component and a transmission component; the axle domain controller receives the desired signal and compares the desired signal to the actual signal to adjust the speed, angle, and braking force. Through integration of electric control driving, steering and braking, a complete electric control function is achieved, closed-loop control is achieved, the requirement for automatic driving control precision is met, compact arrangement is achieved through modular design, and the weight of the whole machine is reduced.

    本发明属于车辆驱动桥技术领域。为了解决现有电力驱动桥重量重导致电耗高、且无法满足自动驾驶控制精度要求的问题,提供了一种煤矿防爆智能底架用转向电力驱动桥装置,此装置包括两端连接有车轮总成的桥体、包括隔爆型高速永磁同步电机、牵引电机控制器和高速中央差数减速器的电控驱动系统、包括驱动组件和传动组件的电控转向系统、包括行车制动器和驻车制动器的电控制动系统和车桥域控制器,车桥域控制器接收期望信号,与实际信号比较以调整速度、转角和制动力。通过集成电控驱动、转向和制动,具备完整的电控功能,实现了闭环控制,满足自动驾驶控制精度要求,模块化设计实现紧凑布置,减轻了整机重量。
