The invention provides an electric drive axle shell, an electric drive axle assembly, a chassis and a vehicle. The electric drive axle shell comprises a main shell and an axle shell which are connected in a sealed mode. Wherein the main shell is provided with a first cavity; a speed reducer mounting area and a differential mechanism mounting area are arranged in the first cavity, and the main shell is correspondingly provided with a speed reducer input end connector and a differential mechanism output end connector; after the main shell is connected with the axle shell, a second cavity isolated from the first cavity is formed between the main shell and the axle shell; the speed reducer input end connector is positioned outside the axle housing; the differential mechanism output end connector is located in the second cavity. The speed reducer and the differential mechanism are integrally installed in the first cavity, the connecting position of the half shaft and the differential mechanism is arranged in the second cavity, and therefore an independent lubricating oil system can be arranged for the first cavity to meet the requirements for sufficient lubrication and cleanliness of high-rotation-speed gears and bearings of the speed reducer and the differential mechanism, and the speed reducer and the differential mechanism are prevented from being damaged; and the service lives of the speed reducer and the differential are ensured.

    本申请提出了一种电驱动桥壳体、电驱动桥总成、底盘及车辆,该电驱动桥壳体包括密闭连接的主壳体和桥壳;其中,主壳体具有第一腔体;第一腔体内设有减速器安装区和差速器安装区,且主壳体对应设置有减速器输入端连接口和差速器输出端连接口;当主壳体和桥壳连接后,主壳体和桥壳之间形成和第一腔体隔离的第二腔体;减速器输入端连接口位于桥壳的外部;差速器输出端连接口位于第二腔体内。通过将减速器和差速器集成安装于第一腔体,半轴和差速器的连接位置设置于第二腔体,从而可给第一腔体设置独立的润滑油系统,以适应减速器和差速器的高转速齿轮、轴承的充分润滑以及清洁度要求,避免减速器和差速器损坏,以保证减速器和差速器的使用寿命。
