The invention discloses a steering wheel calibration method for a steering drive axle chassis four-wheel steering AGV, and belongs to the technical field of AGV wheel calibration. The defects that in the prior art, a traditional AGV steering wheel calibration method is poor in flexibility and calibration effect are overcome. The main body structure comprises the following steps that 1, the steering mechanism is adjusted to return to the middle point position; 2, the tire direction is positioned to be parallel to the frame direction; 3, positioning the left and right tires to be parallel; 4, positioning tires on the same side of front and rear wheels to be parallel; 5, resetting the zero point of the encoder; 6, testing a fine-tuning encoder connecting rod; and 7, adjusting and limiting. The method is mainly used for AGV steering wheel calibration.
