A low-carbon intelligent crown block type ground cylinder fermentation operation system is characterized in that an operation trolley, a turnover trolley, a lifting trolley and a crane basic carrier structure are arranged through four side beam wall rails of a bearing beam of a single overhead travelling crane; a cylinder material digging machine tool, a cylinder interior washing appliance, a cylinder cover sealing and uncovering appliance and a shielding and uncovering heat preservation appliance which are connected with a multi-arm elevator suspended with the operation trolley and a cantilever or a movable arm or a mechanical arm of the multi-arm elevator are intensively integrated into an integrated whole-series low-carbon and intelligent ground cylinder fermentation efficient operation system; meanwhile, a turnover trolley of an integrated structure and a rotating platform of the turnover trolley are matched to bear placement and alternation of the material boxes and the water tanks, and a lifting trolley and a crane of an integrated structure are matched to bear lifting and alternation of the material boxes and the water tanks between the turnover trolley and the longitudinal channel; therefore, the manual working efficiency of the existing ground vat fermentation can be improved by dozens of to hundreds of times while the manual working efficiency of the existing ground vat fermentation can be comprehensively overturned and overcome.

    低碳智能的天车式地缸酵化作业系统,其特征在于:通过单台空中行车的承重梁四侧梁壁轨道而设置作业台车、周转台车、吊运小车及起重机基本载具结构,并与作业台车悬吊的多臂升降机及其悬臂或活动臂或机械手连接的挖缸料机具、洗擦缸内器具、封揭缸盖器具及遮启保温器具集约集成为一体化全系列且既低碳又智能的地缸酵化高效作业体系;同时,既配套一体化结构的周转台车及其旋转平台而承担放置与轮换物料箱及水液槽,又配套一体化结构的吊运小车及起重机而承担周转台车与纵向通道间吊运及轮换物料箱及水液槽;这样,在能全面颠覆与克服现行地缸酵化的人力劳动作业的同时,尤其能将现行地缸酵化人力作业效率提高数十至数佰倍。
