The invention discloses a low-carbon intelligent ground cylinder fermentation whole-line operation vehicle system. The invention is characterized in that: firstly, a working chassis, a lifting upright post, a main suspension arm, an auxiliary suspension arm and a load connecting expansion piece are borne by a walking chassis; a rectangular vertical carrier structure is respectively connected with a free variable-diameter rotary cylinder digging charging barrel or a spiral blade cylinder digging charging barrel and a cylinder washing and wiping appliance; a cylinder cover sealing and uncovering appliance and a quilt shielding and uncovering appliance are intensively integrated into a motorized full-series low-carbon intelligent ground cylinder fermentation operation vehicle system; secondly, through a rectangular vertical carrier structure connected with a lifting stand column, a main lifting arm, an auxiliary lifting arm and a load connecting expansion piece, not only can a free reducing and rotary cylinder digging charging barrel or a spiral blade cylinder digging charging barrel and a cylinder scrubbing device be vertically put in and out of a ground cylinder, but also a cylinder cover sealing and uncovering device and a quilt covering and uncovering device can be lifted and moved out of the ground cylinder; therefore, compared with the existing ground cylinder fermentation manual operation and low efficiency and deficiency of mechanical material digging, the method has the advantages that the efficiency of digging the fermented materials in each cylinder in each minute is high, and the overall working efficiency of the ground cylinder fermentation can be improved by more than multiple times.

    低碳智能的地缸酵化全系作业车辆系统,其特征在于:一是通过行走底盘承载作业底盘及其升降立柱、主吊臂、副吊臂及载荷连接伸缩器矩形垂直载具结构分别与自由变径且旋转挖缸料筒或螺旋叶片挖缸料筒、洗擦缸器具、封揭缸盖器具和遮启棉被器具而集约集成为机动型全系化低碳智能的地缸酵化作业车辆系统;二是通过升降立柱、主吊臂、副吊臂及载荷连接伸缩器矩形垂直载具结构既能将自由变径且旋转挖缸料筒或螺旋叶片挖缸料筒及洗擦缸器具垂直进出地缸内又能实现封揭缸盖器具及遮启棉被器的地缸外升降及移;所以相比现行的地缸酵化人力作业及机械挖料低效不足,这既有每缸酵料每分钟挖尽之高效,又能将总体地缸酵化作业效率提高数倍以上。
