The climbing robot comprises a robot body and the climbing assemblies arranged on the two sides of the robot body, connecting structures are arranged on the two sides of the robot body, the connecting structures are used for connecting the robot body with the climbing assemblies, and each connecting structure comprises a shaft rod fixedly connected to the two sides of the robot body; the climbing assembly is arranged on the surface of the shaft rod in a sleeving mode, the inner side of the climbing assembly is fixedly connected with a sleeve plate, the sleeve plate is arranged on the surface of the shaft rod in a sleeving mode, the surface of the shaft rod is sleeved with a rotating wheel, and the inner side of the rotating wheel is fixedly connected with a sliding rod. Through the combination of the shaft rod, the sleeve plate, the rotating wheel and the sliding rod, rapid installation and fixation of the climbing assembly are achieved, when the rotating wheel rotates, the sliding rod extrudes the sleeve plate to enable the climbing assembly to swing and be inserted into the positioning frame, the installation process is simplified through the design, the installation efficiency is improved, and stable connection of the climbing assembly is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种便于更换攀爬组件的攀爬机器人及其使用方法,包括机体,设置在机体两侧的攀爬组件,所述机体的两侧均设置有连接结构,所述连接结构用于将机体与攀爬组件进行连接,所述连接结构包括固定连接在机体两侧的轴杆,所述攀爬组件套设在轴杆的表面,所述攀爬组件的内侧固定连接有套板,所述套板套设在轴杆的表面,所述轴杆的表面套设有转轮,所述转轮的内侧固定连接有滑杆。本发明通过轴杆、套板、转轮和滑杆的组合,实现了攀爬组件的快速安装和固定,当转轮旋转时,滑杆挤压套板使攀爬组件摆动并插入定位框中,这种设计简化了安装过程,提高了安装效率,并且确保了攀爬组件的稳固连接。
