Water mist is sprayed to the position above the rescue vehicle through the water spraying assembly to reduce the temperature around equipment so as to guarantee normal and stable operation of the rescue vehicle; and in the scene of road obstacles, the obstacles are moved away from the scene through the mechanical arm and the mechanical hand, and rescue proceeding is facilitated.
