The invention discloses an intelligent suspension control system based on complex road condition recognition, relates to the technical field of automobile damping adjustment, and solves the technical problems that the system is difficult to adapt to complex and changeable road conditions, suspension parameters cannot be accurately adjusted in real time according to actual road conditions, and the performance of a vehicle under the complex road conditions is limited. After the road condition information acquisition module acquires data of various sensors, the road condition comprehensive identification and analysis module deeply analyzes the data and judges that a vehicle is in a curve or straight driving state, and when the vehicle is driven on the curve, the curve intelligent analysis module determines whether the vehicle is in a curve or straight driving state according to information such as the steering angle, the quality, the vehicle speed and the turning radius of the vehicle. The turning centrifugal force and the heeling moment are calculated by means of a vehicle dynamics model, the adaptive heeling rigidity and damping requirements are determined accordingly, current suspension parameters are compared, the hydraulic oil and damping hydraulic oil flow and pressure adjusting amount are calculated, and precise suspension regulation and control, vehicle heeling reduction and curve control stability strengthening are achieved.

    本发明公开了基于复杂路况识别的智能悬架控制系统,本发明涉及汽车减震调节技术领域,解决了难以适应复杂多变的路况,不能精准地根据实际路况实时调整悬架参数,导致车辆在复杂路况下的性能表现受限的技术问题,本发明通过路况信息采集模块采集多类传感器数据后,路况综合识别分析模块深入剖析数据,判别车辆处于弯道或直线行驶状态,于弯道行驶时,弯道智能分析模块依车辆转向角度、质量、车速与转弯半径等信息,借车辆动力学模型算出转弯离心力、侧倾力矩,由此确定适配的侧倾刚度与阻尼需求,对比当前悬架参数,算出液压油及阻尼液压油流量与压力调节量,达成精准悬架调控,削减车辆侧倾,强化弯道操控稳定性。
