The invention relates to a suspension road working condition recognition system based on a cloud computing platform and a control method thereof. On the basis of a cloud computing platform, real-time information of a vehicle is obtained through a sensor, a BDS positioning module and the like, advanced observation of a front road is achieved, optimization decision making is conducted on a control strategy in combination with big data in the cloud computing platform, working condition information of the front road can be processed in advance, an instruction is sent to a controller, and therefore the performance of the suspension is improved. The vehicle-mounted network connection ECU is connected in series and in parallel with the original vehicle-mounted terminal ECU, signals are synchronous, and the vehicle-mounted network connection ECU serves as a closed-loop system. When the network condition is delayed or bad, the original vehicle-mounted ECU can carry out original self-judgment on vehicle-mounted data and send out a control signal. Meanwhile, when the original vehicle terminal ECU fails, the networked ECU can judge the road condition through the database and the cloud computing platform and send out a control signal, multi-layer guarantee is provided for the system, and data effectiveness is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种基于云计算平台的悬架道路工况识别系统及其控制方法。基于云计算平台,通过传感器、BDS定位模块等获取车辆的实时信息,实现对前方道路的提前观测,结合云计算平台中的大数据对控制策略进行优化决策,以此可以提前对前方道路工况信息进行处理并向控制器发出指令,从而提高悬架的性能。车载网联ECU,通过与原车载终端ECU串并联,信号同步且作为一个闭环系统。当网络状况延迟或不良时,原车载ECU可以进行原有的自行判断车载数据并发出控制信号。同时当原车终端ECU失效时,网联ECU可通过数据库及云计算平台对道路状况进行判断并发出控制信号,为系统提供了多层保障,保证了数据的有效性。
