A sliding groove extending in the horizontal direction is formed in a mounting base, a winch is used for winding and unwinding a pull rope, one end of the pull rope is connected to the winch, and the other end of the pull rope is connected to a bearing mechanism; the winch is fixedly installed on the supporting platform, the first driving motor can drive the lead screw to rotate, the lead screw extends in the horizontal direction, the sliding block is in threaded connection with the lead screw, the suspension arm is in sliding fit with the sliding groove, and the suspension arm is fixedly connected between the supporting platform and the sliding block. According to the arrangement, the pulling rope is retracted and released through the winch, maintenance personnel on the bearing mechanism can be lifted to the designated height, the first driving motor is started to drive the lead screw to rotate and drive the sliding block to move, the sliding block synchronously drives the supporting platform to transversely move in the horizontal direction through the suspension arm, and therefore the position of the maintenance personnel is further adjusted in the horizontal direction; the operable range of maintenance is expanded, and the operation flexibility is improved.

    本发明涉及风力发电维修检测技术领域,具体公开了一种风力发电机组的叶片维修装置,其中,安装底座上开设有沿水平方向延伸的滑槽,绞车用于收放拉绳,拉绳的一端连接于绞车,拉绳的另一端连接于承载机构,绞车固定安装于支撑平台上,第一驱动电机能够驱动丝杠转动,丝杠沿水平方向延伸设置,滑块螺纹连接于丝杠,吊臂与滑槽滑动配合,且吊臂固定连接于支撑平台与滑块之间。如此设置,通过绞车收放拉绳,可实现将承载机构上的维修人员提升至指定高度,启动第一驱动电机驱动丝杠旋转,带动滑块移动,滑块通过吊臂同步带动支撑平台沿水平方向横移,从而沿水平方向进一步调整维修人员位置,扩大维修的可操作范围,且提升操作灵活性。
