The invention provides a wind power blade flight maintenance operation system which is characterized by comprising an unmanned aerial vehicle used for conveying a detection robot to a wind power blade and bringing the detection robot back after the detection robot completes operation; the detection robot can be adsorbed on the fan blade and is used for detecting the performance of the wind power blade; and the releasing and recycling mechanism is mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle and can be in butt joint with and separated from the detection robot under the control of the intelligent system. The unmanned aerial vehicle can carry the detection robot to fly and make contact with the wind power blade, the detection robot is placed on the wind power blade through the releasing and recycling mechanism, then the unmanned aerial vehicle flies back, and the detection robot detects the wind power blade; and the unmanned aerial vehicle takes off and is combined with the detection robot through the release and recovery mechanism to take back the detection robot, so that the problems of dangerousness of traditional manual operation, difficulty in mounting blades on an adsorption type operation robot and the like are solved.

    本发明提供了一种风电叶片飞行检修作业系统,其特征在于:包括无人机,用于将检测机器人运送至风电叶片上并在所述检测机器人完成作业后将其带回;检测机器人,可吸附在风机叶片上,用于检测风电叶片的性能;释放回收机构,安装于无人机上,可在智能系统控制下实现与检测机器人对接和分离。无人机可携带检测机器人飞行、接触风电叶片,通过释放回收机构将检测机器人放置在风电叶片上然后无人机飞回,由检测机器人对风电叶片进行检测,当检测机器人完成检测后,无人机起飞并通过释放回收机构与检测机器人结合并将其带回,解决了传统人工作业的危险性和吸附式作业机器人上叶片困难等问题。
