The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation, and relates to a dual-redundancy hydraulic brake device for a large unmanned aerial vehicle. Comprising a normal brake unit, an emergency brake unit and a shutdown brake unit. A mechanical-electrical-hydraulic combination mode is adopted, mechanical, hydraulic and electronic control technologies, sensing detection technologies and the like are applied, a dissimilar redundant hydraulic device is adopted, a normal brake unit adopts a hydraulic control mode, and an emergency brake unit adopts a current advanced electro-hydrostatic brake actuator as a hydraulic source. The two modes are composed, principles and control modes are completely different, the requirements of multiple functions, frequent use and good economical efficiency of a normal brake unit are met, the requirements of simple structure and low failure rate of an emergency brake unit are met, and the large unmanned aerial vehicle brake requirement can be well met; the output of the normal brake unit and the output of the emergency brake unit are completely independent, and the reliability and the safety capacity are improved.

    本发明属于航空技术领域,涉及一种双余度大型无人机液压刹车装置。包括正常刹车单元、应急刹车单元、停机刹车单元;在本发明中采取机电液结合的方式进行,应用了机械、液压、电子控制技术、传感检测等技术,采用了非相似冗余液压装置,正常刹车单元采用液压控制方式,应急刹车单元采用了目前先进的电静液刹车作动器作为液压源,两种方式组成、原理、控制方式完全不同,即满足了正常刹车单元功能多、使用频繁、经济性好的要求,又满足了应急刹车单元结构简单、故障率低的要求,能够良好的匹配大型无人机刹车需求;正常刹车单元与应急刹车单元的输出完全独立,提高了可靠性、安全性能力。
