The invention discloses a shipborne captive balloon retracting and releasing device and a control system and method thereof. The device is composed of a six-degree-of-freedom leveling platform, a rotary platform, a guide device, a compensation winch, a cable storage winch and a cable. The six-degree-of-freedom leveling platform is installed on the stern, the rotating platform is installed above the six-degree-of-freedom leveling platform, and the guiding device, the compensation winch and the cable storage winch are arranged in the length direction of the rotating platform. And a cable penetrates through the guide wheel, is sequentially wound in the rope grooves of the first winch and the second winch of the compensation winch, penetrates through the cable arrangement guide wheel of the cable storage winch, is sequentially wound on the double-folding rope groove leather of the cable storage winch, and is finally fixed on the outer side of the wheel edge of a cable storage winding drum of the cable storage winch through a rope pressing strip. The folding and unfolding device is integrally designed, and interfaces are unified; the control method has a ship motion prediction function; the servo motor is adopted as a power execution element, so that the response capability of the system can be greatly improved, and the further improvement of the wave compensation precision is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种船载系留气球收放装置及其控制系统与控制方法;属于系留气球收放领域,由六自由度调平平台、回转平台、导向装置、补偿绞车、储缆绞车和缆绳构成;六自由度调平平台安装于船尾,其上方安装回转平台,沿回转平台长度方向安置有导向装置、补偿绞车、储缆绞车;缆绳穿过导向轮在补偿绞车的第一绞盘和第二绞盘的绳槽中顺序缠绕,穿过储缆绞车的排缆导轮,在储缆绞车的双折线绳槽皮上顺序缠绕,最后在储缆绞车的储缆卷筒轮缘外侧通过压绳条固定。本发明的收放装置采用整体设计,接口统一;其控制方法具有船舶运动预测功能;本发明采用的动力执行元件为伺服电机,能使得系统的响应能力大大提高,有利于波浪补偿精度的进一步提高。
