The invention discloses an underwater modular robot facing a ship wall surface. The robot comprises a body frame and a motion module. A control module and a visual module are arranged on the body frame; the movement modules are arranged on the two sides of the body frame and used for providing adsorption and movement functions for the robot. The visual module comprises a visual module bottom plate, a spherical shell sleeve connected to the visual module bottom plate and a spherical shell installed in the spherical shell sleeve. A connecting hole is formed in the visual module bottom plate, a connecting plate is arranged on the body frame, and a connecting rod sequentially penetrates through a compression spring, the connecting hole and a limiting sleeve and then is connected to the connecting plate; a camera shooting assembly is installed in the spherical shell. The ship maintenance platform has the advantages that the whole ship maintenance platform adopts modular design, each module can be disassembled, assembled and replaced, installation and maintenance are convenient, expansibility is high, various work requirements can be met, and ship maintenance cost is greatly reduced; and the visual module performs self-adaptive height adjustment by using a compression spring, so that an obstacle crossing function is realized, and a protection effect is provided for the spherical shell.

    本发明公开了一种面向船舶壁面的水下模块化机器人。它包括本体框架和运动模块。本体框架上设置有控制模块和视觉模块;运动模块设置于本体框架两侧,用于为机器人提供吸附和运动功能。视觉模块包括视觉模块底板、连接于视觉模块底板上的球壳套筒以及安装于球壳套筒中的球壳;视觉模块底板上设置有连接孔,本体框架上设置有连接板,使用连接杆依次穿过压缩弹簧、连接孔和限位套筒后连接于连接板上;球壳中安装有摄像组件。优点是:整体采用模块化设计,各模块可拆装替换,便于安装检修,且拓展性强,可适应多种工作需求,大大降低船舶维护成本;视觉模块利用压缩弹簧进行自适应高度调节,实现越障功能,为球壳提供了保护作用。
