The invention relates to a vehicle safety monitoring method. The method comprises the steps that whether a target vehicle is in a flameout parking state or not is judged; if the target vehicle is in the flameout parking state, the frame rate of the data collection device is adjusted to be a target frame rate, monitoring data, collected based on the target frame rate, of the target vehicle is obtained, and the target collection frame rate is lower than the frame rate of data collected by the data collection device when the target vehicle is in the driving state; inputting the monitoring data into an image processing model to obtain an analysis result corresponding to the target vehicle, and determining whether there is an abnormality around the target vehicle based on the analysis result; and when abnormity exists around the target vehicle, generating an alarm signal based on the abnormal data, and sending the alarm signal to a user terminal of a user corresponding to the target vehicle. The problem that in the prior art, when an automobile data recorder uses a PIR sensor to achieve wakeup of an alarm mode, power consumption is large, and therefore timely alarm for abnormity of a vehicle parking environment cannot be maintained for a long time is solved.

    本申请涉及一种车辆安全监测方法,所述方法包括:判断目标车辆是否处于熄火停车状态;若目标车辆处于熄火停车状态,则将数据采集设备的帧率调节为目标帧率,获取基于目标帧率采集的目标车辆的监控数据,其中,目标采集帧率低于目标车辆处于行驶状态时数据采集设备采集数据的帧率;将监控数据输入图像处理模型,得到目标车辆对应的分析结果,并基于分析结果判断目标车辆周围是否存在异常;当目标车辆周围存在异常时,基于异常数据生成告警信号,并将告警信号发送至目标车辆对应用户的用户终端。解决现有技术中行车记录仪利用PIR传感器实现告警模式的唤醒对电量的消耗较大,导致无法长时间维持对车辆停放环境的异常及时告警的问题。
