The invention relates to the field of image data processing, in particular to a method and system for recognizing and monitoring abnormal operation of an escalator, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the escalator movement mode matching analysis on the movement feature data of parts in the escalator, determining the mechanical loss change trend of the parts, and predicting the load and movement deviation associated information of the escalator; bearing measured data and a load state image of the escalator are jointly analyzed to obtain actual motion offset state information, and load dynamic image recognition is performed on the escalator to obtain actual dynamic characteristics of a load on the escalator, so that external action information of the escalator is determined, and whether an abnormal operation event occurs to the escalator or not is judged; and the escalator braking parameter information and the posture feature information of the load on the escalator are visually recognized, so that the escalator is adjusted to be switched to the motion state of the braking mode. According to the method, the abnormal running condition of the escalator can be accurately predicted through image recognition, smooth running transition switching is conducted on the escalator in time, and the running safety of the escalator is improved.

    本发明涉及图像数据处理领域,具体为一种电动扶梯运行异常识别监控方法及系统,对扶梯内部的零部件运动特征数据进行关于扶梯的运动模式匹配分析,确定零部件机械损耗变化趋势,以此预测扶梯的负载与运动偏移关联信息;联合分析扶梯的承重实测数据和负载状态图像,得到实际运动偏移状态信息,并对扶梯进行负载动态图像识别,得到扶梯上负载的实际动态特征,以此确定扶梯的外界作用信息,从而判断扶梯是否会发生运行异常事件;视觉识别扶梯制停参数信息和扶梯上负载的姿态特征信息,以此调整扶梯切换至制停模式的运动状态。本发明能够通过图像识别对扶梯的运行异常情况进行准确预测,及时对扶梯进行平稳运行过渡切换,提高扶梯运行安全性。
