The invention relates to the field of pneumatic pumps, and discloses an equipment pressure operation abnormity monitoring system. Comprising a pump body, a pressure gauge shell, a pointer, a transmission assembly and an air inlet pipe, and further comprises a sampling unit arranged in the air inlet pipe, and a processing unit, a compensation unit and a warning unit which are arranged in the pressure gauge shell; the flow of gas entering the gas inlet pipe at the current moment and the real-time rotating speed of a motor in the pump body are obtained through the sampling unit, the sampling unit sends sampling data to the processing unit in real time, and the processing unit processes the sampling data sent by the sampling unit according to a preset calculation formula to obtain control parameters of the compensation unit. The compensation unit is controlled according to the control parameters, and the compensation unit generates resistance with corresponding force on the transmission assembly according to the control parameters, so that the pointer is prevented from deflecting due to airflow pressure generated by airflow speed; and when the real-time pressure value pointed by the pointer is higher than a preset value, the warning unit sends out a warning signal and stops working of the pump body.

    本发明涉及气压泵领域,公开了一种设备压力运行异常监测系统;包括泵体、压力表壳体、指针、传动组件和进气管,还包括设置在进气管内的采样单元、设置在压力表壳体内的处理单元、补偿单元和警告单元;通过采样单元获取当前时刻进入进气管中的气体流量和泵体内电机的实时转速,采样单元将采样数据实时发送给处理单元,处理单元根据采样单元发送的采样数据按照预设计算公式处理得出对所述补偿单元的控制参数,并根据控制参数控制补偿单元,补偿单元根据控制参数对传动组件产生对应力度的阻力,避免指针因气流速度产生的气流压力产生偏转;警告单元,当指针所指向的实时压力值高于预设值时,发出警告信号并暂停所述泵体的工作。
