The invention discloses an escalator step operation abnormity and position detection system which is characterized in that a step assembly is arranged on a step chain assembly and comprises a plurality of steps, step rollers and step contacts, the front ends of the steps are connected with the step chain assembly, and the rear ends of the steps are in rolling contact with two step auxiliary wheel guide rails through the two step rollers respectively; the safety guide rail is arranged on one side of the step contact, equal-height touch spaces exist between the safety guide rail and the upper portion and the lower portion of the step contact, and the upper portion and the lower portion, corresponding to the upper portion and the lower portion of the step contact, of the safety guide rail are provided with positive resistance wires and negative resistance wires at intervals correspondingly. The anode resistance wire and the cathode resistance wire form detection loops through sensors, the two detection loops are respectively connected to a signal processor, and the signal processor is connected with an elevator control loop. When the escalator steps operate abnormally, the escalator can be automatically stopped, safety accidents are avoided, the specific position of the abnormity can be judged, and maintenance personnel can conduct maintenance conveniently.

    本发明公开一种自动扶梯梯级运行异常及位置检测系统,梯级组件设置在梯级链组件上,梯级组件包括若干个梯级、梯级滚轮和梯级触头,梯级的前端与梯级链组件连接,梯级的后端通过两个梯级滚轮分别与两条梯级辅轮导轨滚动接触,且一个梯级滚轮的一侧设置有梯级触头,安全导轨设置在梯级触头的一侧并与梯级触头的上下部之间存在等高的触碰空间,安全导轨的上下部对应梯级触头的上下部分别间隔设置有正负极电阻丝,正负极电阻丝通过传感器组成检测回路,两个检测回路分别连接至信号处理器,信号处理器与电梯控制回路连接。本发明在扶梯梯级运行异常时,可自动停止扶梯运行,避免出现安全事故,并可判断出异常的具体位置,以便维修人员检修。
