A triangular cabin small assemblage is normally carried on the V-shaped groove assemblage; the whole body is hoisted and carried above the lower deck to form a groove body subsection; and the groove body sections are spliced section by section in the length direction to form complete groove body sections. The same assemblies on different groove body sections are subjected to jointed board manufacturing on the same jig frame, the relative consistency of the precision of the assemblies of the different groove body sections is guaranteed, the construction error between the different groove body sections is reduced, and therefore the folding and splicing error of the different groove body sections is reduced.
本发明涉及步骤一种槽体分段建造方法及槽体分段,将槽体分段划分为若干段,不同段的槽体分段的相同组件在同一胎架上进行拼板制作;V型槽小组立和上部甲板在同一胎架上反态拼板制作,将U型槽纵壁板安装在反态状态下的上部甲板上方、在支撑纵壁安装在反态状态下的V型小组立上方形成槽体分段中组立;向V型槽中组立上正态搭载三角舱小组立;整体吊装搭载在下部甲板上方形成一段槽体分段;将槽体分段沿长度方向逐段拼接形成完整的槽体分段。本发明对于不同段槽体分段上的相同组件在同一胎架上进行拼板制作,保证了不同段的槽体分段的组件的精度的相对一致性,减少不同段槽体分段之间的建造误差,从而减少不同段槽体分段合拢拼接的误差。
