The invention discloses a deck section manufacturing method, which belongs to the technical field of ship construction, and comprises the following steps of: 1, manufacturing a jig frame according to the dimension of a deck; 2, multiple sections of decks are placed on a jig frame and fixed through stacking plates, and leveling operation is conducted on the decks; 3, the adjacent multiple sections of decks are welded in sequence; 4, the deck is subjected to fire work treatment; the planeness detection condition of the deck is determined, and the planeness detection condition comprises the condition that the planeness detection condition meets the requirement and the condition that the planeness detection condition does not meet the requirement; 5, when the planeness detection condition of the deck is that the planeness meets the requirement, the stacking plate is detached, and the deck is detached from the jig frame; and 6, the deck is moved to the target position through the transfer device. By means of the method, the efficiency and quality of deck segment manufacturing can be effectively improved, and the problems that in the prior art, in the deck manufacturing process, precision control is not strict, welding deformation control is poor, and consequently the levelness of a deck is difficult to meet the requirement are solved.
