The invention discloses an overweight subsection lifting method. The overweight subsection lifting method comprises the following steps that A1, small lifting rows are detached from two gantry cranesrespectively; A2, 500-ton hanging rows are installed below first hooks and second hooks of the two gantry cranes respectively; A3, the hooks are segmentally installed, namely a shackle below a 500-tonlifting row steel wire rope is installed on a lifting lug of a large main section; A4, hoisting and positioning are carried out segmentally; A5, the hooks are disassembled after segmenting in place;A6, the 500-ton hanging rows are dismounted; and A7, small hanging rows are installed. According to the overweight subsection lifting method, an overweight subsection can be hoisted, the dock carryingspeed can be increased, the time for disassembling and installing the lifting rows is saved by more than 4 hours compared with union hoisting, in addition, the lifting method has four lifting points,force can be dispersed, the two gantry cranes are not connected, when a large vehicle travels, a small amount of asynchronization can be allowed, and the synchronization is not limited like the unionhoisting.

    本发明公开了一种超重分段的抬吊方法,包括如下步骤:A1、两座龙门吊分别拆除小吊排;A2、在两座龙门吊的1号钩、2号钩下面分别安装500吨吊排;A3、分段装钩,即把500吨吊排钢丝绳下的卸扣安装在大型总段的吊耳上;A4、分段吊装、定位;A5、分段到位后拆钩;A6、拆500吨吊排;A7、安装小吊排。本发明为一种超重分段的抬吊方法,能够吊起超重分段,加快船坞搭载速度,抬吊比联吊节省拆装吊排时间4小时以上,另外,抬吊方法有四个吊点,可以分散力量,两个龙门吊之间没有连接,大车行走时,可以允许有少量的不同步,而不像联吊时的限制同步。
