The invention discloses an intelligent control trolley for sample transfer in a radioactive environment. The intelligent control trolley comprises a shielding container, a posture adjusting mechanism and a sample feeding mechanism which are arranged on a movable chassis, the shielding container is of a horizontally-arranged cylinder structure with the two ends open, and a material box used for containing radioactive samples is arranged in the shielding container. The posture adjusting mechanism is connected with the shielding container and used for adjusting the pitching angle of the shielding container; and a part of the sample feeding mechanism extends into the shielding container and is used for pushing the material box to move along the axial direction of the shielding container, so that the material box extends out of the shielding container. The invention can solve the problems of safety in the radioactive sample transfer process of the hot cell group, limited operation space of transfer equipment, tedious and complicated operation process and the like, and can ensure the sample safety, simplify the operation process, improve the working efficiency, reduce the exposure dose of personnel and increase the transfer space range.
本发明公开了一种放射性环境下样品转运智能操控小车,包括设置于移动底盘上的屏蔽容器、姿态调节机构和送样机构;所述屏蔽容器呈卧式布置且两端开口的筒体结构,其内设置有用于容纳放射性样品的物料盒;所述姿态调节机构与所述屏蔽容器相连,用于调节所述屏蔽容器的俯仰角度;所述送样机构的部分伸入所述屏蔽容器内,用于推动所述物料盒沿所述屏蔽容器的轴向移动,以使所述物料盒伸出于所述屏蔽容器外。本发明可解决热室群放射性样品转运过程安全性、转运设备运行空间限制以及操作过程繁琐复杂等问题,可保证样品安全、简化操作过程、提高工作效率、减少人员受照剂量、增加转运空间范围。
