The invention relates to a low-temperature charging and heating control system for a lithium manganate battery for starting a special vehicle. The problems that an existing heating method is low in efficiency, large in implementation difficulty and insufficient in space are solved. Comprising a charging loop relay (1), a heating loop relay (2), a temperature sensor (3), a battery management system (4), a battery pack heating belt (5), a starting lithium manganate battery pack (6), a starting lithium manganate battery charging external power supply (7), a starting lithium manganate battery positive electrode (8), a starting lithium manganate battery negative electrode (9) and a heating control loop and a charging control loop which are formed by related connecting wire harnesses. The battery management system is added, so that the functions of information management, charging control, low-temperature heating and the like in the battery can be realized; the temperature and voltage conditions are judged in real time by using the temperature sensor, so that the on-off of a related relay loop can be timely and accurately controlled, and the effective protection of the battery is realized; the temperature of the battery cell is rapidly increased, and the rapid charging purpose is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种特种车辆起动用锰酸锂电池低温充电加热控制系统,解决了以往加热方法效率低、实施难度大、空间不足的问题。包括充电回路继电器(1)、加热回路继电器(2)、温度传感器(3)、电池管理系统(4)、电池组加热带(5)、起动用锰酸锂电池组(6)、起动用锰酸锂电池充电外部电源(7)、起动用锰酸锂电池正极(8)、起动用锰酸锂电池负极(9)及相关连接线束形成的加热控制回路和充电控制回路。本发明增加电池管理系统,可以实现电池内部的信息管理、充电控制、低温加热等功能;使用温度传感器实时判断温度及电压状况,可以及时精准控制相关继电器回路的通断,实现对电池的有效保护;实现电芯温度快速提升,达到快速充电目的。
