The heating system comprises a battery pack and a remote control module; the battery pack comprises a starting battery pack, a heating module and a battery management system; the battery management system comprises an acquisition module, a main control module and a wireless communication module; the acquisition module acquires and starts temperature data and residual electric quantity of the battery pack, and the main control module transmits the temperature data to the remote control module through the wireless communication module to form a historical temperature data set. According to the invention, preheating of the battery in a low-temperature environment can be realized, timely starting of vehicle parking and protection of the battery are realized, and the preparation efficiency and the intelligent level of the battery are improved.
本发明公开了一种车用启动锂电池加热时长预测方法及系统,预测方法通过对多个历史温度进行特征提取,得到历史温度数据特征;采用电池加热时长预测模型,预测电池加热时长,提前预留时间对电池加热,实现车辆驻车及时启动及对电池的保护。加热系统包括电池包和远程控制模块;电池包包括启动电池组、加热模块和电池管理系统;电池管理系统包括采集模块、主控模块和无线通信模块;采集模块采集启动电池组温度数据及剩余电量,主控模块将温度数据通过无线通信模块传送到远程控制模块,形成历史温度数据集。本发明可实现电池在低温环境下预加热,实现车辆驻车及时启动及对电池的保护,提高电池的准备效率和智能化水平。
