The invention relates to the technical field of battery charging methods, in particular to an electric two-wheeled vehicle lithium battery charging PWM heating control method which solves the problem that an existing electric two-wheeled vehicle lithium battery cannot be charged at the outdoor low temperature, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) arranging a PTC heating film and a battery cell temperature sensor in the battery, arranging a heating film temperature sensor on the PTC heating film, and arranging a battery cell temperature sensor on the battery cell temperature sensor; the PTC heating film, the cell temperature sensor and the heating film temperature sensor are electrically connected to a battery management system, and a pulse width modulation heating module is arranged in the system; (2) when the system judges that the charger is connected to the battery, if the temperature of a battery cell is lower than a charging low-temperature protection threshold value and the temperature of a heating film is smaller than or equal to a safety protection threshold value, the system executes a PTC continuous heating mode; when the cell temperature is larger than or equal to a charging low-temperature protection threshold value, PTC continuous heating mode charging is carried out, and when PTC continuous heating is carried out till the cell temperature is larger than or equal to a preset temperature threshold value and the heating film temperature is smaller than or equal to a safety protection threshold value, PTC pulse width modulation heating mode charging is carried out.

    本发明涉及电池充电方法技术领域,尤其是电动两轮车锂电池充电PWM加热控制方法,克服现有电动两轮车锂电池室外低温无法充电的问题,方法具有如下过程:1)在电池内设置PTC加热膜和电芯温度传感器,在PTC加热膜上设置加热膜温度传感器,并将PTC加热膜、电芯温度传感器和加热膜温度传感器电性接入电池管理系统,在系统中设置脉冲宽度调制加热模块;2)系统判定充电器已接入电池时,若电芯温度<充电低温保护阈值并且加热膜温度≤安全保护阈值时,则系统执行PTC连续加热模式;当电芯温度≥充电低温保护阈值,则进行PTC连续加热模式充电,当PTC连续加热至电芯温度≥预设温度阈值并且加热膜温度≤安全保护阈值时,则进行PTC脉冲宽度调制加热模式充电。
