The invention discloses a thermal management method and system for a fuel cell vehicle, and relates to the field of energy management and exchange. The method comprises the following steps: monitoring the temperature of a gas-electricity system and a power battery of the commercial vehicle; when the temperature of the gas-electricity system is higher than a gas-electricity specified value, liquid fuel in a fuel supply system is controlled to be gasified through a fuel heat exchanger connected with the gas-electricity system and then transmitted to the gas-electricity system; and when the temperature of the gas-electricity system is higher than a gas-electricity specified value and the temperature of the power battery is lower than a battery specified value, the power battery is controlled to be heated through a battery heat exchanger connected with the gas-electricity system. When it is monitored that the temperature of the gas-electricity system is too high and waste heat is generated, the waste heat with heat can be used for heating the power battery and the fuel supply system, so that energy exchange among the gas-electricity system, the power battery and the fuel supply system is achieved, resources are reasonably utilized, and energy waste is avoided.
本发明公开了一种用于燃料电池汽车的热管理方法、系统,涉及能量管理与交换领域。该方法的步骤包括:监测商用车的燃电系统和动力电池的温度;当燃电系统的温度在燃电指定值以上时,控制燃料供应系统中的液体燃料,通过与燃电系统连接的燃料换热器进行气化后传输至燃电系统;当燃电系统的温度在燃电指定值以上、且动力电池的温度低于电池指定值时,控制动力电池通过与燃电系统连接的电池换热器进行升温。本发明在监测到燃电系统温度过高产生废热时,能够利用带有热量的废热对动力电池和燃料供应系统进行加热,以此实现了燃电系统、动力电池和燃料供应系统之间的能量交换,合理利用了资源,避免了能量浪费。
