The invention relates to a fuel cell commercial vehicle heat management integration module device which comprises a supporting bottom plate, a water heater is arranged on the supporting bottom plate, a third electronic water pump is arranged above the water heater and communicated with a flow channel plate through a rubber pipe, a five-way valve is arranged on one side of the flow channel plate, and a water outlet is formed in the other side of the flow channel plate. A first electronic water pump is arranged below the five-way valve, a first temperature sensor is arranged on the first electronic water pump, a battery cooler is arranged on one side of the first electronic water pump, an electronic expansion valve is arranged at one end of the battery cooler, and a second electronic water pump is connected to the other end of the battery cooler; and a voltage stabilization integrated sensor is arranged on the battery cooler. The safety, reliability and maintenance convenience of the system are greatly improved, energy is saved, consumption is reduced, the space is more compact, design is more reliable, control is more intelligent, and cost is more saved.

    本发明涉及一种燃料电池商用车热管理集成模块装置,包括支撑底板,所述支撑底板上设有水加热器,所述水加热器的上方设有第三电子水泵,所述第三电子水泵通过胶管与流道板连通,所述流道板的一侧设有五通阀,所述五通阀的下方设有第一电子水泵,所述第一电子水泵上设有第一温度传感器,所述第一电子水泵的一侧设有电池冷却器,所述电池冷却器的一端设有电子膨胀阀,所述电池冷却器的另一端连接有第二电子水泵,所述电池冷却器上设有稳压一体传感器。本发明不仅大大提高了系统的安全性,可靠性,维修便利性以及节能降耗,而且空间更紧凑,设计更可靠,控制更智能,成本更节省。
