The invention provides a control method for a thermal management system of a hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: 1, enabling a sensor to obtain an in-vehicle temperature T1, a set temperature T0, an environment temperature T2, an evaporator temperature T3 and a PTC temperature T4, and transmitting the temperature T1, the set temperature T0, the environment temperature T2, the evaporator temperature T3 and the PTC temperature T4 to a control module; step 2, the control module fits the target air outlet temperature according to the following functions: TrgTboTemp = (T2-T0) + (T1-T0) + DefOffset; 3, the target evaporator temperature T5 and the target PTC temperature T6 are calibrated according to the air outlet mode and the air volume; 4, according to the following PID self-control algorithm function, the target rotating speed of the compressor is obtained, u (t) = Kp * e (t) + Ki * summa e (t) dt + Kd * de (t)/dt; step 5, obtaining PTC power according to the target PTC temperature T6, the PTC temperature T4 and preset output limiting power; and 6, the actuator adjusts the rotating speed and the PTC power of the compressor according to the target rotating speed and the target PTC temperature of the compressor, and the temperature is controlled and adjusted.
