The invention relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing, in particular to a puncture-resistant tread rubber composition for bicycles and electric vehicles, a mixing method and a tire. According to the composition, a rubber base material and an auxiliary system are carefully selected, and aramid short fibers subjected to surface treatment are combined, so that the puncture resistance of the material is remarkably improved, good elasticity and aging resistance are kept, and good balance between the puncture resistance and the elasticity is realized.
