The invention discloses a puncture-resistant low-heat generation tread rubber material which consists of the following materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of rubber, 3-4 parts of a vulcanizing activator, 1.3 parts of a vulcanizing accelerator, 1.1-1.3 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 1 part of a tackifier, 2.8 parts of an anti-aging agent, 40-50 parts of a reinforcing agent and 1 part of an oxidation-reduction resistant agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the tread rubber. A tire prepared from the material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low rolling resistance, low oil consumption, puncture resistance and long service life.
